Solar Boost shoes – A new running shoe has just been released today with the adidas Solar Boost. It is an entry level Boost shoe that has Boost cushioning in the heel and EVA cushioning in the forefoot. This combination gives a soft cushioned heel with a more stable yet cushioned mid and forefoot.
The upper material features a net mesh over a base mesh for breathability as well as a synthetic overlay around the midfoot and heel for added structure. The Solar Boost has high performance lining for moisture wicking and an EVA insole for added cushioning and comfort.
The Solar Boost weighs in at 8.2 oz making it one of the lighter running shoes in the line up. It appears to be a neutral style, but one of the more stable options in case you prefer a more dense forefoot for stability. Currently the Solar Boost is in stock in limited sizes in the Solar Yellow colorway, but the full range of sizes and additional colors should be available shortly.
It retails for $100 in the adult version and $80 in the youth version.
