The first 2016 adizero 5-Star 5.0 and Freak x Kevlar cleats are about to be released with a special military inspired Dark Ops edition. This set pays tribute to military veteran and NFL player Pat Tillman and features the initials “PT” and number 42 on the tongue. The Dark Ops cleats are set to be released October 29th on the main adidas site as well as Eastbay.com.

Dark Ops 5-Star 5.0 – The new 5-Star 5.0 cleats come in a branch/sesame/cargo colorway. They feature a canvas upper material and a Kevlar outsole for extra durability. The 5-Stars also have an internal TPU frame for support and the 5-Star outsole for traction. They will retail for $130.

Dark Ops Freak x Kevlar – The new Freak x Kevlar cleats follow the same military inspired colors and also have the canvas upper and Kevlar sole. They feature the mid cut design for extra stability and Lockweb lacing for extra support. The Dark Ops Freak x Kevlar cleats will retail for $150.
