Today adidas social media finally announced the new Kanye West shoe the Yeezy 350 Boost. They have not announced too many other official details yet other than that it is coming soon.  The Confirmed App which was used in New York for the Yeezy 750 Boost has been updated to include Chicago and Los Angeles so the 350 will be using the app in these markets. So far retailers such as Finish Line and Pac Sun are reporting that they will be carrying the Yeezy 350 Boost.  Also the app FAQ mentions stores like Foot Locker, Champs, and Foot Action will be participating in this release. Release schedule is a little vague but it looks like it will be rolling out from East to West as well as on the official website.

The Yeezy 350 Boost features the low cut slip on style with laces in the prime knit material and a similar sole with Boost cushioning like the 750.

Update 6-17-15: adidas officially announced that the Yeezy Boost 350 will be released world wide on June 27th 2015.

The Yeezy Boost 350 will retail for $200 and will be available in full sizes 5-14. You can find more information about this shoe from the official press release.

Update 6-23-15: Some of the specialty stores like St Alfred, Sneakers N Stuff, and Titolo are listing the Yeezys to be sold by raffle so it looks like the specialty stores will have limited quantities available. Some stores are doing online raffles, while others are in store only.
