Messi15.1 FG/AG – Today adidas announced the all new Messi cleat for 2015, the Messi15.  This cleat was specifically designed for Leo Messi and features new technologies such as MessiTOUCH material for grip and comfort, MessiFRAME for stability and traction, MessiPRINT stud pattern, and MessiGametrax outsole.  The stud pattern allows the boots to be used for firm ground as well as artificial ground surface.

The new Messi15 will be available in several versions ranging from beginner to pro with the 15.4, 15.3, 15.2, and 15.1. They will also be available in turf and indoor style as well as youth sizes. The first colorway is an ice blue with yellow highlights.  According to Soccer.com the weight of the Messi15.1 FG/AG is 8.2 oz.

The Messi15 cleats are set to be released July 1st 2015.  The top of the line version Messi15.1 retails for $220 and is expected to be available in the usual size range of 6.5-13.5.
