adizero 5-Star 40 Uncaged – The super light sprint version of the new 5-Star cleats has been released today and features the Uncaged graphic style with a white base, cheetah animal logo, and a gold metallic sole.  It comes in at only 4.7 oz making it perfect for sprinting and just in time for the NFL Combine.  In fact, adidas has a promotion where they are giving a custom Porsche 911 to the 3 fastest runners of the 40 yard dash who sign with them before the event.

The 2015 5-Star 40 uses Sprintskin Ultra material which is advertized as being stronger than steel but light enough to float on water.  It also features the Sprintframe for lightweight and stability.

The adizero 5-Star 40 is available now on the main site in very limited quantities which will sell fast.  It is also expected to be sold at Eastbay and Dicks Sporting goods. You can pick it up now in sizes 9-14 for $150.
