To get ready for the World Cup, adidas has released a new series of soccer cleats and originals called the Battle Pack. They all feature similar yet distinctive black and white patterns on the upper material. In the soccer line we have the Adizero F50 and Messi F50, Nitrocharge 1.0, 11Pro, and an all new version of the Predator called the Predator Instinct. Prices range from $165 to $220 depending on the model and sizes range from 6.5 – 13. These are currently up for pre-sale with an official launch of May 26th. Look for other versions of these cleats such as the mid range as well as indoor, turf, and youth cleats to be released soon.
Not to be left out, the Originals are getting a piece of the Battle Pack action with the Stan Smith, Samba, Superstar 80s, ZX 5000 RSPN, and Rivalry Hi all getting the new colorway treatment. These also get premium material treatment, for example the Stan Smith has textured full grain leather and translucent overlays. The Samba features a new construction design, sole and mesh material not usually found on the Samba shoe. The Superstar 80s gets the Messi logo and Argentina blue highlights. Like the cleats, these are also available for pre-order with a launch on the 26th of May. Prices range from $100 to $140 depending on the model and come in a size range around 5-13 with a few exceptions.
